Take a moment to arrive. Nothing needs to be fixed.

Notice what is here.
A thought.
A feeling.
A sensation.
You can observe it.
“I’m having the thought that…”
There is a part of you that notices.
It doesn’t need to change anything.
It simply sees what is here.
One slow breath.
You are not what shows up.
You are the one who notices.
That’s enough.
