Psychologist-designed ADHD reset
For ADHD minds who keep trying harder but still feel one step behind.
Always On, Always Behind is a gentle 7-day reset for ADHD overwhelm, task avoidance, lost overview, pressure-based functioning, overstimulation, and the shame of feeling capable but inconsistent.
A calm guided sequence for understanding the pattern without turning it into another task.
Audio-first support for moments when reading or choosing feels like too much.
A complete workbook, tiny next steps, task maps, overstimulation resets, and return pages.
This is not a productivity challenge.
It is a softer way to understand why ordinary tasks can become loaded, why pressure sometimes becomes the only thing that moves you, and how to begin again without making your whole worth sit on the first step.
Digital self-help product. Not therapy, crisis support, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

If this reset helped you understand task avoidance, shame, overstimulation, or the feeling of always being behind, your words may help the next person recognise whether this is for them too.
As a mom with ADHD and two ADHD kids I have zero quiet mornings for deep work. This fit perfectly into my chaotic life. The audios I can listen to while doing dishes, and the tiny entry points actually feel doable. Highly recommend.
I’ve tried planners, apps and endless productivity hacks but I still felt like I was failing at life. This reset didn’t magically fix everything (and that’s actually what I loved). For the first time I understood why my brain does this always behind thing. Day 3 audio about task avoidance made me cry in a good way. The shame is quieter now. I still have open loops but I’m not beating myself up as much. Worth every penny.
