1. Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No — the free version of any text-based AI assistant works perfectly with these flows. You simply copy and paste the provided Prompt Flow into the chat, and the AI will guide you step-by-step.
2. Is this therapy?
No. Talk2Tessa offers structured self-help, not professional therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. The programs are designed to support personal growth, self-reflection, and emotional well-being, but they are not a replacement for mental health care from a qualified professional.
3. What is a Prompt Flow?
A Prompt Flow is a guided AI script — carefully written by a psychologist — that you can paste into any free AI chat. It leads you through reflective questions and gentle, structured steps, adapting to your answers in real time. This means every time you repeat a Prompt Flow, the conversation will feel fresh and relevant to where you are now. One copy-paste = full coaching session.
4. Can I use these flows if I’m already in therapy?
Yes. Many people use them alongside therapy — for reflection between sessions, to deepen insights, or to stay connected with their values and self-kindness between appointments.
5. Is everything in English?
Yes — all programs, books, and prompts are written in English. However, when you paste a Prompt Flow into an AI assistant, you can respond in your own language. Most AI tools will automatically continue the conversation in the language you use.
6. Can I repeat Prompt Flows?
Yes — the flows are designed for unlimited reuse. Each time you repeat one, the AI adapts to your responses, making the experience fresh and relevant to your current situation.
7. How much time does each session take?
- 6-Day Programs: 15–30 minutes per day
- 1-Day Programs: 20–30 minutes in one sitting
You can pause anytime and return later.
8. What if I feel uncomfortable during a flow?
You’re in control. You can pause, skip a step, or stop at any time. If anything feels too much, take a break and return later — or choose a gentler flow. Your pace and well-being come first.
9. Who created these programs?
All programs are created by Tessa — MSc Psychologist, ACT & Self-Compassion Specialist, and founder of Talk2Tessa. Each flow is grounded in evidence-based psychological methods and designed to be warm, practical, and easy to use anytime.
10. What do I need to start?
- A device (phone, tablet, or computer) with internet access
- Any free text-based AI assistant
- The PDF workbook for your chosen program (downloaded instantly after purchase)
11. Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your program or the files, please contact us (click), and we’ll make sure you receive your materials.
12. Does Al remember what I share?
Most Al tools forget your words after each session. Some offer "memory" features that can recall past conversations, which may feel supportive but it also means your words are stored. Always share only what feels safe, and review or clear memory regularly if the tool allows.
13. What is an LLM?
LLM stands for Large Language Model. It's the technology behind most Al tools. It doesn't truly "understand" you or feel emotions, but when guided with warm, structured prompts, it can reflect your words in ways that feel supportive and personal.
